PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventative HVAC Maintenance Services

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

You wouldn't drive your car 100,000 miles without changing the oil now would you? The same logic is true for your heating and air-conditioning system. Regular preventative maintenance is the best way to ensure trouble-free operation and peak performance even in the harshest weather.

At D&M Appliance, Heating, and Air-Conditioning, we offer three levels of preventative maintenance contracts so that you have the ability to choose the level of service that will fit your home needs and budget. Whether your home has one or more central heating and air-conditioning systems, we have the preventative maintenance plan to ensure they are operating at peak performance and providing you and your family with a comfortable and efficient living environment.

Each of our preventative maintenance service plans offers twice-a-year system inspection, filter replacement at the time of service, part and labor warranties, and priority and emergency services. Call our friendly office staff today to discuss your options to see which level suits your needs in the best way.
